hi there all, just to share that I have also like the folks in Texas recreated the Munsters house to enjoy with mt family. Averaging the cost of the hoiuse, and the money I put into creating it I'd say I spent around... hmmm... £2.50 on glue, £5. on paint and ate a hell of a lot of cereal to have enough cereal boxes, lol.
For my mates and family and me to live in the house we'd have to be pretty small, I'd say 8.5" toy figure size. For the house being made of card it works pretty well, has working stairs, a real basement and lights. I'll post some pics on my site - http://munsterstoday.1colony.com. Even though my site is devoted to Munsters Today, my house is a replica of the origonal house as the MT house wasn't really laid out as it had to accomodate a studio audience.
