Re: kyb shock rebuild

Hi Charles
I have not myself ever rebuilt the KYB's but Know that they are rebuildable, know others have, and they tell me that seals are not that difficult to find.
I have several sets but all of the shafts are rusted beyond repair. This renders them not worth the effort because this is most frequintly the culpret of leaking shocks of this vintage. If your shocks have perfect shiny! non pitted shafts, they are most likely good cannidates for re-sealing.You will probably receive other replys from those who have actually acomplished this task.
