Gemini mini cycle with Hodaka engine
Can anyone recall seeing a Gemini minicycle with a Hodaka 125 engine. have seen photos of Gemini's with the 50cc and 80cc rotary valve engines but I am wondering if they installed Hodaka 125 engines in some. Next simple question, are the cases on a 125 "wombat" engine, the same as a regular 100 engine so the frame mounts are in the same place? |

I have no information regarding what engines may or may not have been installed in the Gemini minibikes - but . . . The exterior of the cases are the same when comparing the Hodaka ACE 100 engines and the Wombat and Combat Wombat 125 engines. So yes, you could un-bolt a 100 engine and bolt in a 125 (as regards engine mounts). Ed Keep the rubber side down! |
