Hodaka Wombat Tank Care
I have a beautiful 1972 have was near showroom condition when I bought it last year. I stored it in a newer pole barn where I thought it would be safe. I now find many tiny rust spots started and I am mortified. How do I remove rust without damage to tank, and how do I prevent future rust? PLEASE HELP! |

John. I store a dozen chrome tank Hodakas in my unheated pole barn for many years. I spray mist them from head to toe with WD 40 once a year. It cleans off very easy with spray degreaser and water when you want to put them back on the road. It does collect dust but it has protected them just fine and keeps rubber parts from drying out. |
