Future Reunions
OK folks...this is your chance to weigh in. Let us know what you want in a reunion. When? Where? Etc.... We have no immediate plans yet, so we'd like to hear what you've got to say. We will compile all suggestions from the Bush Board and those emailed directly to us; then we will probably set up a mailer or email form online to let you know what the predominant ideas were regarding dates and places, and then you can vote on it. REMEMBER...be considerate of others who may wish to attend. Saying you want to have the next reunion in Bitburg sounds nice but will not be very doable for most folks. Likewise with the idea of cruiseships. Think about time of year, such as picking a place that might be off-season and so the cost may be less. Also remember that some places are slow during a particular time of year for a reason. August in Death Valley would be rather hot for you folks from Minnesota, so think about that as well. Think about access, flying into Moosejaw, Saskatchewan might not be very cheap for some folks...besides, why would we meet in Moosejaw?  Think about places with good airline access. Near hub cities: Denver; Chicago; Atlanta; etc., or well-traveled vacation areas: Vegas; Branson; etc..Think about activities, what else could we do while we are there other than just jaw-jacking about the old days in Bitburg? Your spouse or significant other will thank you for this, trust me. Are there good daytrips from the location? Well, the ball is now in your courts. We served it up, time for you to volley it back.
