Subject:		hull leak

Message:		Help; My Renken keeps taking on what appears to be excessive water. Obviously the thru hull was the first place I looked and resealed and appears to be sound. There is a gouge (approx. 1") at the bottom of the keel, looks like into the weight (metal?) Could water capillary up inside the hull thru this. I'm not familiar with the construction of the keel. Thanks a bunch.
