Holiday/Vaca policies
I've been doing child care for about 3 months now. So far, all is going great! I'm just wondering how comparable my vaca/holiday policy is to other providers. I have 2 weeks paid vacation/sick days and the paid holidays I take are Thanksgiving and the day after, Christmas and the day after, 4th of July, and Labor day. Is anyone willing to share theirs with me so I can have an idea if I'm on the right track? |
