creative kids daycare decatur il
just want to let all the parents in decatur, il, this is not a safe place to take your child. my daughters arm got pulled out of socket at her wrist and elbow by a teacher,from getting pulled down te hallway because she would not follow the group, also i don't know how to handle this as far as turning them in. once again this is creative kids daycare located in the first church of the nazarene in decatur, il. |

Lisa, You need to contact Illinois DCFS (Department of Children and Family Services) or Illinois Childcare Licesing Agency to let them know of this incident. What happened when this happened did they call you? Did you take her to the doctor? or emergency room, I would think they would advice or report that to DCFS themselves.
