Another great support group: Provider Friendship Garden
I'd like to invite any child care educators [home or center daycare, homeschoolers, or teachers] to join our Yahoo group. http://groups.yahoo.com/group/ProviderFriendshipGarden [copy and paste to your browser] We are an ACTIVE group of child educators/teachers who enjoy sharing our professional and personal ideas and experiences; both good and bad. The Garden will offer you a place to obtain the support we all need every day, to vent, and to share similar experiences. We are a varied group, with many years of experience. New providers or those planning to become involved in education are VERY welcome. We share A LOT of information on this list.. professional newsletters, curriculum materials, craft resources, meal suggestions and lots more!
