day care topics
Hi - I'm new on this board. I am a licensed mental health counselor with past special experience and training in family dynamics and challenging families. These days my counseling focus has changed, but I have been a freelance "adult education author" for this past year. I've greatly enjoyed teaching others what I know about families and dynamics between adults and kids. I have primarily been writing trainings for day care licenses for an online company. I don't know if it is OK to say the name here, so if you wish to know you can contact me via email. Anyway, I'm trying to do a little research with folks who are "in the trenches" daily. I'd like to know what your most challenging situations are from day to day (not administrative - my specialty is mental health and personal dynamics). I contribute to this website's monthly newsletter as well. I would greatly appreciate any input you would have for topics you'd like to see trainings on, or perhaps an "ask the expert" type question you'd like to have answered. I would certainly answer it here for you anyway, but it might be something I can use for the newsletter as well. I hope it is OK to have a post like this. I am also a mostly stay-at-home mom (just part time counseling work) of 3 girls, ages 7, 5, and 3. I've used some form of daycare here and there while I've worked. So I also appreciate your challenges from a parental standpoint. Anyway, let me know if you have anything you'd like to share with me. Thanks elkrull |
