Dear Working Mother:
I am a graduate student in the Psychology & Counseling Program at Goddard College in Plainfield, Vermont.
The research project is being conducted to better understand how working mothers struggle with, or resolve, the conflicts between the demands of the employer and the demands of the family. There is potential benefit for us as we seek to understand the conflicts and how women go about resolving the competing demands of work and families.
