Last November I was struggling to get my seven year old son to eat any vegetables. He was almost phobic in his attitude towards them. So out of desperation and entertainment we started to keep a blog together -http://www.greatbigvegchallenge.blogspot.com.
The aim to munch our way through the A to Z of vegetables - trying everyone - with recipes sent in my parents and cooks around the world.
Amazingly its working - small steps are being taken in our kitchen and Freddie now eats asparagus, beetroot, celeriac and even brussel sprouts - all because I took the heat out of the kitchen through a blog! We would love parents to visit and share their best tips - and maybe join our vegetable journey.
