Feeling very frustrated....I am a mother of two small children and have divorced their dad and am now very happy in my new relationship with plans to marry and we want to move to the East coast from where we currently live in CA. I am torn with wanting to pick up and start a new life in a better place for my kids but their dad lives here and I dont know what the best thing is for my kids as far as visits and such with their dad so he will still be connected to them and a big part of their life. We dont want to keep him from them we just dont want to live in CA anymore. I know that legally he can prevent me from moving them and I just dont know what to do..... |
