Hello:
I am a college student in Ft Collins Colorado, and I am researching a project for an Economics class.
I was reading one of your newspaper articles and it reported that some people had lost their homes to fire as the local fire department did not have a truck.
What I am trying to find out is how I could solicit donations of equipment, training services etc here and transfer them there.
Other questions include:
Is there such an effort ongoing?
What agencies/private support is available?
Incidently - I was able to visit some of the Islands (by air mostly) when I was Stationed in Guam (mid '70s)and Participated In Maritime Air Patrols of the Islands.
