The Aries Group, Inc. is a technical recruiting firm specializing in the national placement of contractors in Engineering, Design, Medical Device and other technical positions.

We are seeking a Technical Recruiter who is motivated by goal achievement, thrives on challenges and has a proven track record of success.

The primary responsibility of the Technical Recruiter is to find candidates that have the skills and experience to match the open requisitions brought in by the Account Managers.

Other responsibilities include;

Develop and implement creative approaches to attract high-end, hard-to-find engineers.

Direct recruiting, networking, contractor database management and internet sourcing.

Assess, qualify, and validate candidate qualifications via phone interviews.

Prepare Candidates for interviews with clients.

Negotiate Rates on Placements.

Convey to candidates company policies and benefits.

Requirements for this position are as follows;

1-5 years of inside sales or recruiting experience. Engineering recruiting experience is a plus!

Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Exceptional customer service, organizational, and computer skills.

Bachelor degree preferred.

Solid negotiation skills.

Salary/Compensation: Salary plus commissions with a competitive benefits package including medical, dental, 401K, flexible spending account, life and disability insurance and paid time off.
